# **Receive calls and visits**

We understand how isolating it can be when you aren't able to leave the house. If you find it physically difficult to get out of the house and you think you might enjoy calls or visits from one of our volunteers, please get in touch to find out more. 

You can refer yourself, or a relative, or perhaps you are a professional with a caring responsibility and you would like to refer a housebound client. 

Please note, we aren't able to take people out, help with household jobs or help those who are currently under a mental health crisis team.
